Then we took another ferry ride around Macau for sightseeing. Macau was a Portugal territory until 1999, when Portugal turned the region back to Chinese rule. Macau is a seriers of 3 islands, not connected to Mainland China.
Macau is know for it's Las Vegas style gambling.
