Work-
Boss has left Shenzhen for Shanghai. Our VP of Consumer Sales is in town this week, so many things with him. We put together an sales plan with our GM here in China. We picked the items to stock and tried to set up a forecast for our planning folks to implement. Had a couple dinners. Went to Hong Kong all day on Friday to join Keith in a sales meeting. It was very interesting being around a sales legend in our company.
Personal-
Golfed on Saturday. BRUTAL HEAT! Nasty, comes to mind. Worked all week, Stayed in Hong Kong after dinner with our VP and Marketing Company, then went to pick up Kayla at the Hong Kong airport. She arrived safe and sound and we told her mother that she was secure inside a Communist country. She worries too much. China is a wonderful place!
Got home at 1 AM from the airport and headed on vacation at 8 AM Saturday the 18th of July. See next blog.
